Panel Wiring

Working from a business base in North Staffordshire, JME has full in house design capabilities, test facilities and the latest Eplan Electrical and AutoCAD design software.

We offer our clients custom built panels from small pump starter panels, bespoke drive systems to large intelligent motor control centres with all of our panels conforming to the latest industry standards.

This is backed up with the ECA Guarantying the works up to £50,000 per any one job or up to £100,000 per customer over multiple jobs. This is a guaranty that will correct any works that the customer is not happy with.

Fully qualified personnel for panel wiring & assembly

All control panels are built by fully qualified personnel to the highest standards in panel wiring and assembly with due regard being placed upon the ease of use and maintainability.

Applications cover a wide range of industries including Aerospace, MOD, Aggregates and Minerals, Food industry, bulk handling, water and waste water treatment, HVAC, air handling units, utilities, pharmaceutical and Theme Parks.

Control Panel

Control panels can include simple relay logic, PLC’s, variable speed drives, data acquisition, HMI, touch screen technology and SCADA systems. All fully certified to the latest BSEN61439 standard.

Working closely with the client and understanding their requirements, followed by 100% visual and electrical simulation test, ensures that the equipment which arrives on site is exactly as the client envisaged and will operate the second it is switched on.
